Brewing Method
After a quick rinse all ingredients with water, place the ingredients in a wellness pot and boil for 10 minutes, or steep in hot water for 15 minutes or even longer for a stronger brew. The ingredients are excellent for multiple infusions (2-3 times) until the flavour fades.
