Brewing Method
After a quick rinse all ingredients with water, place the ingredients (except dried mulberry) in a wellness pot and boil for 10 minutes, or steep in hot water for 15 minutes or even longer for a stronger brew. The ingredients are excellent for multiple infusions (2-3 times) until the flavour fades. Add dried mulberries when the water temperature drops to 60°C.

Dried mulberry is rich in anthocyanins and should not be brewed with hot water as it will destroy its Anthocyanins.
